The economy is so sluggish that movement is barely discernible. New homes are not being built or bought and homeowners are in difficulty. They are not the only one's. Not much money around, not to lend, not to borrow, yet banks are being built left and right. Why is this? Are three or four banks to a block really what we need in the Treasure Valley?
