Nourse vs. Smith? My nightmare

So who do you think will win the Sheriff's race in Canyon County?
Call it a bad dream, but I keep thinking Nourse is going to win. I just hope that's not the case on May 27.

Would it be a nightmare if Nourse won? I do agree. But what can be done about it. What are you going to do about it?

Who do I think is going to win... I think that Smith will prevail. I have faith in 2C! There are lots of letters to the editor supporting Nourse but really the squeaky wheel is not a representation of the "norm".

May the good Lord help us if I am wrong...

i hope Nourse does win. we need to get smith out. he don't care about the people in the community just himself.

Show me how Smith has only been concerned with himself?

Working with other law enforcement to make two huge drug busts in the last six months alone

Building a state-of-the-art morgue and crime lab bringing 2C into the 21st century and helping to ensure evidence is processed correctly.

Working with local domestic violence organizations to ensure victims rights are being met

Working to ensure there is a solution to the county jail overcrowding issue so that inmates can still be locked up... what will happen if the jail can no longer be insured? Where will the inmates go? I know you are a law abiding citizen so you dont have to go to the courthouse but tell me where the room is to build onto the current jail... Tell me where there is room to park at the courthouse...

Oh and about the raises that the CCSO staff received... let me ask you what is cheaper: Training someone and then losing them to another agency... training someone and then losing them to another agency... training someone and then losing them to another agency... (tell me when you want the cycle to stop)... OR Training someone and then paying them a competitive wage so they stay put? Which sounds more spendy? Which sounds more cost effective and WHICH SOUNDS LIKE IT IS BASED ON SELF INTEREST?

The list of community oriented accomplishments go on and on...
Please take a closer look at what is really going on in our county. Please take the time to investigate and find the truth... if you do you will be surprised and ultimately you will find yourself voting for Smith on the 27th.
